Information we use

Order details include the supplied customer/pronunciation name, showroom, locality, vehicle and selected voice. We also process order/payment references, generation status, timestamps, session identifiers, hashed IP-related abuse controls, technical logs and information you send to support.

Do not enter card numbers, banking passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs into Barker forms. Razorpay handles payment credentials through its own checkout; our application receives payment references and verification results, not your card or UPI PIN.

Why and with whom

We use information to generate the requested speech, prepare and deliver files, verify payment, prevent misuse, restore orders in the same browser and handle support or legal obligations.

Speech text is sent to ElevenLabs for voice generation. Railway hosts the backend and database, Cloudflare hosts website assets and stored audio, and Razorpay processes payments. Production website analytics uses Vercel Analytics. These providers may process data outside India under their own terms and safeguards. We do not claim all processing remains within India.

We do not use your customer details as public testimonials or marketing examples merely because you ordered. Separate permission is needed for promotional use.

Browser storage and analytics

Essential browser storage remembers checkout/order references; a secure HttpOnly session cookie establishes access to your order. If you choose Remember this showroom, that browser saves the showroom and locality until you clear or disable it. Studio drafts, when used by operators, are also browser-local.

Production analytics measures website use and may process technical visit information. This notice is not consent to unrelated marketing or advertising tracking.

Retention and access

The current checkout session and order access window are 24 hours. This is an access limit, not a promise to erase stored audio or database records after 24 hours. Automatic R2 file deletion is not implemented in this release. Order records, files, support records and backups may remain until reviewed for deletion or retained as required for accounting, security, disputes or law.

Anyone holding a valid signed download link may access its file during the link lifetime. Do not share private links unintentionally. Clearing cookies can prevent self-service order recovery.

Requests and security

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw an optional permission, or raise a privacy concern. Include an order reference where relevant; never send payment secrets. We may verify your authority and explain any legal or operational retention restriction.

We use access controls, private storage and payment verification, but no online system can guarantee perfect security. We will handle applicable incident and privacy obligations under the law in force. Business contact details must be completed before live sales begin.
